About this project.
Architecturally designed 50sqm deck featuring significant structural support work to both the dwelling and the large cantilevered deck structure.
The build required careful engineering and execution to achieve the extended span overlooking the Belmont bushline.
Finished with Vitex hardwood decking, custom powder-coated steel balustrade, and Vitex batten detailing to the carport soffit below.
A refined outdoor space that blends structure, durability, and natural materials.
